Finally once you reach the top destroy the glass window on the left to grab the minikit inside. Then use the grapple point to go up the building.

Minikit #5: You need to use Batman’s Demolition Suit to blow up the sewer manhole. Then as soon as you talk to the guy in the window he opens the front door for you to grab it. Minikit #4: You need to use a character such as Mad Hatter to talk to the guy in the window behind the truck stuck in the sewage after repairing and moving it. Minikit #3: You need to use Batman’s Sonic Suit in order to get this minikit behind a glass window to the right inside of the building at the beginning. Then you will see another lever to pull at the corner of this building that opens up a garage door below containing the minikit. Minikit #2: You need to pull the lever up the alleyway at the beginning then rebuild the pieces to make a grapple point to get up the building. Then finally climb the ladder on the left building to get the minikit at the top of the fire escape.
